Full Job Description
Cleaning: Washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment, including heavy catering equipment and serving dishes. They may also clean floors, walls, fridges, and shelving.
Storing and disposing of waste: Emptying trash bins and disposing of waste properly.
Maintaining: Keeping the work environment clean and tidy, including the pot wash area.
Reporting: Reporting accidents, fires, theft, loss, and damage.
Deliveries: Accepting deliveries of goods.
Supplying chefs: Making sure chefs have the pots and pans they need to prepare food.
Replacing dishes: Replacing dirty dishes with clean crockery.
