We're looking for a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our team and keep our kitchen running smoothly., The Role: As a Kitchen Porter at Carluccio's, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our chefs and ensuring that the kitchen is always clean, safe, and well-organised. Here's what you'll be doing:

• Keep the Kitchen Spotless: Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and equipment, and ensuring work surfaces are clean and sanitary.


• Support the Team: Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks, and help with organising and storing deliveries.


• Manage Waste: Properly dispose of waste and recycling, keeping the kitchen area tidy and free of hazards.


• Stock and Organize: Help with the organisation and restocking of ingredients and supplies, making sure the kitchen is always ready for service.


• Ensure Safety: Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for everyone in the kitchen.

Our retail products are an important part of our business and give our team member a varied skill set and knowledge base.

Management Roles

We're always looking for supervisors and managers to join the team. Our managers are responsible for making sure the restaurant is looking its best at all times, to help develop and coach the team while ensuring the restaurant is safe and clean. As a General Manager you would be responsible for making the restaurant a success, building a happy team and delivering great service and food
