Full Job Description

We are looking for someone who can support the team during busy periods on an hourly paid basis. Reporting to the Executive Chef you can expect your working day to include the following;

  • To support the Kitchen and F&B Operations in carrying out cleaning tasks at pace inclusive of all crockery, dishware, mis en place and cookery equipment.

  • To ensure food preparation sites and storage are clean and items are stored to the required Food Hygiene standard and cleaning schedules.

  • Unloading equipment and food from deliveries and correct product storage as per delivery procedures.

  • Ensuring the storerooms and bin rooms remain organised and in good working order.

  • To support the hotel's sustainability incentives in correct disposal of waste and waste collection.
