Without you and your rubber gloves, your team of Chefs couldn't deliver. We know it's not uncommon for Kitchen Porter's to sometimes get overlooked, but to us - you'll be something of a hero. A role as a Kitchen Porter is the perfect first job for any individual looking to get a taste for what a career as a Chef might be like, in addition to offering individuals with a passion for supporting teams the ideal opportunity to do so. What you'll be doing as a Kitchen Porter

• Preparing basic food items from our menu
• Prepping kitchen spaces, including waste management, washing and organisation
• Supporting your Chefs in ensuring that all Health and Safety and Food Safety regulation are met
• Set up and stock food items and other supplies
• Keeping the kitchen clean and sanitised
• Facilitating special requests from guests
• Completing all training to timescales and looking for ways to develop your skills and experience
• Arriving on time, in the correct uniform with a positive, can-do attitude!
  
  Where you've worked doesn't matter as long as you have experience working in a fast-paced environment
• You'll have basic food hygiene
• A great understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
• Flexible and able to remain focused on results under pressure and to challenging deadlines
• Self-motivated and confident
