Kitchen Porter

Shepherd Neame is looking for a Kitchen Porter to join our team, so if you enjoy hospitality but prefer working behind the scenes supporting your colleagues and contributing to the teams overall success; then this may be just the job for you.

If you haven't got any previous experience in this role, please do not worry, so long as that you are confident, committed and you are a great team player, we can train you and teach you everything else that you will need to know.

Located next to the River Stour in the heart of the beautiful medieval town of Sandwich, Kent, the Bell Hotel has been welcoming guests to the town since Tudor times. Having undergone extensive refurbishment in recent years, the historic riverside retreat offers guests a luxurious experience with 21st-century comforts. Sandwich is also a magnet for golfers, with Royal St George's and Prince's golf clubs on its doorstep. We know that great kitchen Porters are also a key ingredient to a successful kitchen, so this role will see you working as part of our friendly and supportive team to ensure the delivery of a great and efficient dining experience to our customers., Britain's oldest brewer, Shepherd Neame, has been based in the market town of Faversham, Kent for over 300 years.
