Remove rubbish and bottles from the plate wash area, returning trolleys for bottles.
Restock plates in the larder hot pass and fish section, ensuring all china is clean.
Stack plates in the larder pass and fish section.
Maintain a clean and tidy work area.
Keep rubbish trolleys clean at all times.
Uphold high standards of cleanliness and assist with any hygiene-related tasks as directed by senior chefs.
Be fully aware of hygiene controls and chemicals used in the workplace.

Experience in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and some split shifts
Keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills
Confident communicator with excellent timekeeping abilities
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively

£24,960 annual salary
