Full Job Description
- All colleagues working in the following restaurants: Rajinda Pradesh, Huck's American Bar and Grill, The Pancake House, Sports Café, The Lakeside Inn, and Vitalé Café Bar will benefit from the discretionary service charge we add to bills. As a Kitchen Porter, you'll first and foremost be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen - supporting the team through the cleaning of kitchen areas, all equipment and work surfaces, with a particular emphasis on the pot wash area. HOURS OF WORK We have various contracts available with a variety of shift patterns including daytime, evenings or a mix of both. Flexibility will be required as our village is open 365 days of the year, so you will need to be able to work some weekends and public / bank holidays on a rota basis.
