• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dish washing machine, hand wash stations, pot-wash station, and rubbish compactor
• Wash and disinfect kitchen and store room areas, tables, knives, and equipment
• Receive deliveries, store perishables properly and rotate stock.
• Clean and mop all areas in assigned departments

• Great listening skills and the ability to follow instructions

You will be working on a casual contract but with the expectation of working around 20 hours per week over 4/5 days, including weekends on a variety of early, mid and late shifts - do you need flexibility in your life? We are happy to discuss this with you!
