Full Job Description

The role of a Kitchen Porter is to work under the back of house manager/supervisor to deliver the daily cleaning requirements of the back of house operation to the standards set out in the Clubs health and safety policy.,

  • Maintain and implement standard operating procedures to ensure a consistent delivery of excellence throughout the dept.
  • Work closely with the Back of House manager to deliver the daily cleaning requirements
  • Deliver cleaning schedule requirements as instructed by the back of house manager/supervisor across all food prep areas

    The Kitchen Porter role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, may be required based on the kitchen's operational needs.
  • 5 shifts per week over a 7 day week, shift patterns to include evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
  • Early, Mid and Late shifts range from 8am-4pm/9am-5pm/4pm-12am/5pm-1am.
  • Due to the location and shift patterns public transport links are limited.
