Full Job Description
- To maintain food hygiene, service & presentation to standard
- Cleaning the kitchen and ensuring all kitchen equipment is clean
- Following the kitchen cleaning schedule
- Support with food deliveries and putting stock away using the FIFO method
- Collecting and washing up pots and pans
- Ensuring the storeroom and fridges remain organised
- Sanatising floors, work surfaces and walls
- Working with the Kitchen team supporting the delivery of great food
- Deliver first service to our team and our customers
A passion for food and service - Previous KP experience is desirable however full training will be given
- Flexible approach to hours and duties
- A DBS check is required for this role

We are currently looking for Kitchen Porters to join our team at Hartpury University, GL19 3BE.
The new flexible catering hub will be a superb modern facility with state-of-the-art technology and sustainable features, meeting both short and long term demands and objectives of Hartpury to provide a greatly improved catering service to staff and students.
