As a Kitchen Porter at our prestigious Knightsbridge Hotel, you will play a pivotal role in our bustling kitchen environment. We are seeking individuals who thrive under pressure and embrace a hands-on approach to their work.This position requires 20 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday, from 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM. As a Kitchen Porter, you will be an essential part of our kitchen team, contributing to the seamless operation of our culinary department. Responsibilities:

• Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the kitchen are maintained to the highest level.
• Assist in the efficient operation of the kitchen by supporting chefs with basic food preparation tasks.
• Handle and clean kitchen equipment and utensils in adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Maintain inventory and stock rotation to support kitchen operations smoothly.
• Collaborate closely with fellow team members to deliver an outstanding dining experience for our guests.
  
  Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Genuine enthusiasm for food and the culinary arts.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to evolving priorities.
