Full Job Description

  • Cleaning and sterilising countertops, kitchen walls, stoves, ovens, grills, stinks and equipment
  • Cleaning the kitchen once it's closed to ensure it's ready for the next day
  • Maintaining the food storage areas including freezers and refrigerators
  • Washing of dishes, cutlery, pots, pans etc
  • Follow all Health and Safety requirements
  • Follow all company and statutory policies and procedures
  • Waste management
  • Weekly cleaning of all grease traps o Ensure proper use of recycling & food waste systems
  • Correct usage of both waste rooms
  • Supporting the Chef in food preparation and provided assistance as needed
  • Ensure good communication and maintain professional relationships with peers

    Proven experience of working in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player with a collaborative approach
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
  • A passion for food and the hospitality industry
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
