Full Job Description
- Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils are cleaned and sanitised to high standards.
- Support Food Preparation: Assist chefs with basic food prep tasks, such as peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients.
- Manage Waste Disposal: Properly dispose of kitchen waste and manage recycling and waste bins efficiently.
- Stock Management: Help with unloading deliveries, organising storerooms, and monitoring stock levels.
- Adhere to Health & Safety Standards: Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.
