Kitchen Supervisor

Slim Chickens are currently hiring for a Kitchen Supervisor to join our fun, talented team.

We originated in the USA where we have built up a huge following of our Slim Chicken range which is perfect for all chicken lovers. Our Southern hospitality and freshly cooked to order chicken has attracted thousands through our doors and has proved a great hit with the Brits since we started operations here in the UK. Slim Chickens is now a fast-moving, growing business and we are in need of a driven Kitchen Supervisor to assist in leading a team in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist the Kitchen Manager in the daily runnings of the Kitchen including overseeing and preparing food, stock management and ensuring all food safety standards are met. You will facilitate the training and development of staff and ensure that staff morale is at a high.

The desired candidate will possess excellent leadership qualities and be able to manage a medium to large team. A fun and friendly personality is essential in order to create and maintain the customer relationships that we at Slim Chickens pride ourselves on.

Now over a decade and thousands of happy customers later, we know that there's something special about our hand-breaded chicken tenders, fresh Buffalo wings, and handmade dipping sauces that keeps our loyal fans coming back...over and over again. Customers tell us that Slims has changed their weekly routines -- that our food was simply life changing, and that they can't get enough. No joke. We strive to return that enthusiasm by giving back to the
