Kitchen Supervisor

The Role: As our Supervisor Chef, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing our menu to life and ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly. You'll be the right hand to our Head/Sous Chef, helping to create memorable dining experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Support Culinary Leadership: Work closely with the Head/Sous Chef to design and execute a menu that embodies the rich flavours and traditions of Italy.


• Mentor the Team: Guide and inspire junior chefs, ensuring they develop their skills and maintain the highest culinary standards.


• Ensure Consistency: Oversee food preparation and presentation, making sure every dish meets our exacting quality standards.


• Manage Operations: Assist in managing kitchen operations, including inventory control and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.


• Innovate with Passion: Contribute to menu development by bringing fresh ideas and creative flair to the table.

Management Roles

We're always looking for supervisors and managers to join the team. Our managers are responsible for making sure the restaurant is looking its best at all times, to help develop and coach the team while ensuring the restaurant is safe and clean. As a General Manager you would be responsible for making the restaurant a success, building a happy team and delivering great service and food
