What you'll do:

Prepare, produce and present breakfasts to the highest standard

Supervise the catering team

Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations

Experience in or exposure to bulk cooking

Experience preferred supervising kitchen staff

Great customer service skills

Cook Supervisor (Weekends and Bank Holidays)
Saturday 06:00 - 12:30 Sunday 06:00 - 12:00. Bank Holidays 06:00 - 12.00
12.5 Hours per week
Possible additional Hours during the week (to be discussed)
£13.50 per hour. £27 per hour on Bank Holidays
Full Uniform and Ongoing training provided
