Kitchen Team Member - Smash + Grab

The role of the Team Member at Smash + Grab is to keep your kitchen section or the front of house running smoothly, this is about working as a team to drive the right behaviours which will lead to results - because we do the right thing and not the easy thing. You'll be hungry to prove yourself, learning all the sections in the kitchen and the front of house whilst keeping it clean, organised and delivering a top-notch customer experience every time. You'll motivate yourself and the team around you to deliver quality for each and every customer and champion health and food safety.   Honest Burgers is a British burger restaurant, first opened in Brixton in 2011. We aim to serve the best burgers across the UK. We make everything we can ourselves, and we even have our own butchery so we can make the best burgers we'd always dreamed of.
You can find British beef burgers, free-range and halal chicken burgers, vegetarian and plant-based vegan burgers, and our homemade rosemary salted chips alongside beers from each restaurant's local breweries. Made by us We work with British, grass-fed beef prepared in our own butchery and potatoes grown just-for-us in Sussex. Homemade is best.
