Full Job Description

WHAT YOU'LL DO As a temporary Knowledge Expert (KE), within BCG's Global Advantage Practice Area, you will deliver against the client and commercial priorities for the Partnerships & Global Models business. You will work with the extended team of Sector/Topic experts as well as 1 other PGM KT to support case work, content development and business build initiatives. You will drive the IP/content agenda together with GA and PGM leadership and lead execution of internal projects. The Global Advantage practice's objective is to help clients achieve global competitive advantage by leveraging opportunities and threats arising in and from Emerging Markets (EMs). We support "incumbents" from developed economies and "challengers" from EMs. We have been working with and through our industry and functional practices and client teams to develop a suite of capabilities to support clients at different stages of their globalization development. Most industries have been or are currently disrupted by a shift to digital ecosystems, leading to the entry of new players and a radically different type of competition. Concurrently, companies seek to make their businesses more resilient by collaborations that offer access to new customers, partners, geographies, capabilities and assets. In addition, with a world in constant change companies need to organize for competitive innovation at a local level while also leveraging global scale. BCG's Partnerships and Global Models (PGM) team helps companies build and run impactful internal and external collaboration networks. The JV & Alliances offer helps companies get more value from Joint Ventures and non-equity partnerships by helping them understand and avoid common pitfalls. The Digital Ecosystems offer helps clients with strategy, setting-up, and scaling platform-based business models bringing together BCG's capabilities from strategy, Digital Venture's business building to data science and technology expertise. Finally, the Global Operating Models offer helps multinational corporations organizing to win in a quickly fragmenting world.YOU'RE GOOD AT
