Full Job Description

You'll analyze the current knowledge base hub to identify what's working well and where improvements are needed. You'll strategize and implement enhancements to enable a true self-service model (Tier 0). Working with teams across Digital Services, IT, Brand, Communications, and the wider HR/People team, your aim will be to reduce incoming queries by up to 20%, freeing HR/People Services teams (Tier 1 and Tier 2) to manage more complex queries and focus on strategic initiatives. Your ability to build trust, influence change, and drive adoption across the organization will be the key to your success.,

  • Optimize Knowledge Base: Develop and enhance practices to identify key topics, standardize documentation, and improve content organization, search functionality, and version control.
  • Maintain Quality and Improvement: Regularly review and update content, establish feedback channels, and create training for stakeholders to ensure up-to-date, accessible information.
  • Measure and Analyze Impact: Use technology to track usage, analyze data, and assess content engagement, guiding improvements and ensuring user satisfaction.
  • Foster Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Partner with Centres of Expertise and the People Services Advisory team to create a culture of knowledge sharing aligned with organizational goals.
  • Ensure Compliance and Support Team Development: Oversee the performance of 2 direct reports, promote compliance with legal standards, and drive personal and professional growth within the team.

    At least 5 years of Knowledge Management: Experience transforming and enhancing Knowledge Hubs, ideally within a global organization.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven ability to manage a small team and lead successful knowledge management projects.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong background in information architecture and user experience (proficiency with SharePoint and ServiceNow preferred).
  • Change Management Skills: Effective at building trust, influencing change, and driving adoption across the organization.
  • Communication & Collaboration: You are known for your effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Adaptability: Skilled at managing multiple tasks and adapting to evolving priorities, even in the face of ambiguity.
