An esteemed primary school located in Guildford, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Key Stage 1 Teacher to join our team. We are committed to providing a nurturing and innovative learning environment where every student can thrive., + Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons for Key Stage 1 students, ensuring the delivery of a broad and balanced curriculum.
+ Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that fosters a love for learning and supports students' social and emotional development.
+ Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and share best practices.
+ Monitor and track student progress, identifying areas for improvement and providing targeted support when needed.
+ Work closely with parents and caregivers to communicate students' progress and encourage their involvement in their child's education.
+ Contribute to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum, ensuring alignment with national standards.
+ Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated on the latest educational trends and innovations.
+ Uphold high standards of behaviour and expectations for all students.
+ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience teaching Key Stage 1.
+ A strong passion for primary education and a deep understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
+ Effective classroom management skills, with the ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both with students and parents.
+ Commitment to the academic and personal growth of each student.
+ Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of students.
+ A valid DBS certificate is required.
