Are you a KS1 teacher seeking a more flexible role that fits around your family or home life? I am currently looking for qualified KS1 teachers to join my team and work with local schools in Chester and surrounding on a supply basis, helping cover absences such as sickness, maternity leave, and training days. - Opportunities to move into a permanent position - should one become available. Responsibilities of a Primary Teacher:
- Deliver and provide opportunities for students to learn and express themselves.
- Ensure that students are engaged, motivated and on task.
- Manage any behaviour issues that may arise.
- Follow school policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to manage behaviour effectively
- A positive attitude and a willingness to collaborate
- Flexibility and adaptability Registrations required to be a Primary Teacher:
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, but if you do not have one, you can apply for a new one through Educate.
- You must register with the EWC (Education Workforce Council) to work in Wales.
