Are you an enthusiastic, inclusive, and reflective individual with a passion for supporting children's learning? Do you thrive in a collaborative environment and have a desire to make a positive impact on young lives? If so, we want you to join our dynamic team as a KS2 Cover Supervisor!

We are seeking a proactive and passionate KS2 Cover Supervisor to provide high-quality cover supervision across Key Stage 2. As a key member of our team, you will step in to deliver lessons prepared by teachers, ensuring continuity in learning and maintaining a positive classroom environment. This role is ideal for someone who is reflective in their approach, dedicated to inclusive practice, and keen to engage in continued professional development (CPD).,

  • Deliver lessons to KS2 pupils in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring high standards of behaviour and engagement.

  • Support and manage the classroom, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all pupils.

  • Encourage and motivate students to achieve their best, adapting to individual needs where necessary.

  • Contribute to the assessment of student progress and feedback to teaching staff.

  • Foster positive relationships with pupils, providing pastoral support where appropriate.

  • Support the social and emotional development of pupils, ensuring their well-being.

  • Engage in reflective practice and take part in ongoing CPD to enhance your skills and knowledge.

    Enthusiastic and passionate about working with children and supporting their learning.

  • A reflective and adaptable approach, willing to continually improve and grow professionally.

  • Committed to creating an inclusive environment that supports the diverse needs of all learners.

  • A confident communicator with strong classroom management skills.

  • A proactive team player, able to work collaboratively with colleagues.

  • Eager to engage in CPD and stay updated on the latest educational practices., Enthusiastic and passionate about working with children and supporting their learning.

  • A relevant qualification (such as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant or Cover Supervisor qualification) is desirable but not essential.

  • A good general standard of education including GCSE English and Maths to Grade C or equivalent.
