KS2 Teacher

We are looking to appoint dedicated and talented teachers to join our strong staff team, starting in January 2025.

Ladygrove Park Primary is an extremely popular, fully subscribed school, of a relatively new build, with very friendly, hard-working, confident pupils, who aspire to be the best thinkers, collaborators and role models. We are proud of our particularly strong team-working ethos and a shared commitment to staff training and development. The successful candidate would work closely with, and be supported by, their immensely supportive Teacher and TA colleagues and Leadership Team to achieve success with their pupils and in their own career.

We are seeking somebody, who wants to achieve a strong start to their school career and who wishes to continue to progress their career, whether it be seeking new opportunities or for a change in circumstance.

What the school offers its staff

We will offer full support to the successful candidate: participation in the school's chosen ECT induction programme and an assigned school mentor, most likely to be a Deputy Headteacher, as well as a school team known and respected for their mutually supportive team approach.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate how their personal qualities, strengths, experience and skills will ensure the best provision for the children in their class and complement the school team effectively.
