Our specialist SEND school in Slough is seeking a dedicated and motivated KS3 Class Teacher to join their dynamic and inclusive team. Role Overview: As a KS3 Class Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering tailored lessons to students with a range of special educational needs. You will create a positive and nurturing learning environment, working with teaching assistants and support staff to ensure that each child's individual needs are met.,

• Plan and deliver lessons that are tailored to the needs of KS3 students with SEND.
• Differentiate teaching materials to ensure that students of all abilities can access the curriculum.
• Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with other professionals.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies accordingly.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  
  Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching KS3 students with SEND is desirable.
