This position forms part of the Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) programme which is part funded by Innovate UK.

This position is initially for a 30 month fixed term contract, employed by Teesside University but working day to day at Dauson Engineering Group Ltd premises in Cardiff, Wales.

Your role will be to work with the company and academic team to integrate novel cement systems based on geopolymer cement binders through calcium extraction, carbonation, and low-temperature mechano-chemical activation process into DEG business structure to produce ultra-low carbon construction materials from construction and demolition wastes (CDWs )

The appointed candidate will have access to a dedicated £5,000 training budget tailored towards their personal development, access to industry leading technology and supervision from a leading academic research team from Teesside University.
