Weââ(¬â"¢re looking for a L&D Consultant who will partner with key business areas Itââ(¬â"¢s a chance to have an opportunity to reimagine, shape, create and deliver the distinctive learning experiences that enables our dunnhumby colleagues develop and increase their performance and have a direct impact on dunnhumbyââ(¬â"¢s growth ambitions and work with the leadership to create learning plans by identifying the regional learning and development needs and supporting the delivery of to meet those needs., ââ(¬Â¢ Own, develop and deliver professional skills learning program to offer the next generation of distinctive learning experiences for our professionals globally.

ââ(¬Â¢ Bring disruptive new ideas to drive effectiveness and engagement through use of innovative approaches to learning.

ââ(¬Â¢ Partner with key business/ functional areas to identify focus areas related to learning & development priorities and capability building.

ââ(¬Â¢ Shape the learning agenda for the region by conducting effective learning needs analysis, including taking responsibility for managing the assigned Learning budget, ensuring alignment both with dunnhumbyââ(¬â"¢s global learning curriculum and the strategic objectives of the assigned area
