Full Job Description

We are looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join our HR Operations team in Bristol and provide administrative support to our L&D function., You will be part of a team of L&D Coordinators who provide strong organisational and administrative support to the firm's L&D function. This is a hybrid position with travel to the London office regularly and other CMS offices from time to time as required by the role.
In this role, you can expect to get involved in a variety of work including:

  • Co-ordination of all pre-event administration & logistical processes for various courses and development programmes - virtual and face to face, including liaising with internal and external trainers, monitoring enrolments, and waiting lists.

  • Be the first point of contact for all L&D queries e.g. monitoring the L&D inbox & responding in a timely manner.

  • Prompt processing of training related invoices.

  • Live logistical support during our courses and development programmes to ensure a high quality experience for all attendee

  • Support the implementation of L&D projects from time to time
