Full Job Description

Are you an Administrator with strong coordination skills and have an interest in Learning & Development? We're looking for a Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator to join our People Hub Team in Stockton on Tees! As part of a small L&D team within our HR Shared Service Centre, you will coordinate a range of training programmes and advise on L&D queries. You will use your organisational skills, to ensure participants have all the information they need and courses run smoothly. What you will be doing:

  • End-to-end coordination of Learning programmes, including event coordination and communications.
  • Setup of events and sessions in the Learning Management System (Cornerstone)
  • Coordinate delegates, waitlists, and attendance both internally and with third party facilitators.
  • Source and book room availability for on-site sessions, including the organisation of catering, office access and room layout.
  • Maintain and update a range of records systems or databases to ensure records are accurate, complete and current.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across various departments to understand their learning needs - and priorities.
  • What you'll bring:
  • Administration experience with exposure to coordinating programmes.
  • Experience within a HR Shared Service Centre, with an interest in L&D and employee development.
  • Strong influencing skills with the ability to present recommendations in a confident and business-like manner to a range of stakeholders.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
