This position drives the alignment of the marketing calendar and consumer engagement activities across all channels: earned (PR and influencers), owned (Organic Social) and paid media (Paid Social excluding performance media). Partner with Senior Brand and Retail Marketing Manager to improve brand equity, clarity and consideration, ensuring the consumer sees one brand across all omnichannel consumer touch points and channels. Drive consumer demand and traffic across all brand channels - Retail, Web, Sell In Wholesale and Web Partners,

  • Oversee the day to day management of Advertising budget across PR, Influencers, Social Media and traditional Media (excluding performance media)
  • ROI of campaign spends vs KPIs of sales, traffic to POS, recruitment rate, EMV, social engagement
  • Support the Marketing Director to create and allocate the Advertising budget. Ensuring full funnel Omni channel approach to consumer media across earned, owned and paid consumer engagement, with an intent to increase Brand Clarity, Consideration, Traffic and Conversion sales across all channels.
  • Leadership of Team
  • Lead and bring together newly formed Consumer Engagement team and embed team in wider Marketing team, breaking down sub dept silos to bring one brand to the consumer
  • Ensure the PR/Digitals teams work consistently as newly formed Consumer Engagement Team and collaboratively in partnership to define brand equity, paid campaigns and needs for influencer content.
  • Partner closely with the Retail and Brand Marketing Manager to ensure one consistent brand priorities and communication across all channels
  • Ensure the teams skills, capabilities and competencies are reviewed, gaps identified and addressed through robust written development plans. Deliver results, understand the team's talents and achieve high performance with clear succession plans.
  • Partner with the specialists within marketing and key departments and roles to improve your team's technical, commercial, financial and people skills as part of succession plan.
  • PR Responsibilities
  • Build and implement the PR strategy and budget for UK and Ireland.
  • Generate maximum coverage, and meet KPIs across all media and social platforms
  • Oversee, plan and attend international press trips with press and influencers
  • Media and Influencer relations: meeting regularly with press and influencers to maintain relationships, supporting editorial and organic social coverage generation
  • Oversee event management plus event hosting
  • Oversee influencer campaigns and activity calendars to plan, track and execute work in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring we have the right content for UGC and paid ads.
  • Oversee the management of PR Budget
  • Responsible for analysing results and competitors via media platforms such as Cision and Tribe Dynamics
  • Work closely, collaboratively, and creatively with the global and local marketing teams on NPD launches and brand strategy.
  • Manage the team providing guidance, daily and ongoing tasks and priorities, giving clear and constructive feedback and aiding in their personal development
  • Digital Marketing
  • Build the strategy for paid social campaigns and organic social media with an aim to step change consideration and an increase in brand awareness.
  • Working with the digital marketing agency to implement a yearly calendar of campaigns, ensuring execution meets Consideration, Traffic and Sales goals whilst projecting a consistent brand message - collaborating with the performance marketing team.
  • Oversee social media and social sharing activities across all key channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
  • Elevate Instagram channel in aspiration and TikTok channel in awareness.
  • Investigate/develop new and emerging social channels.
  • Work with CRM to drive sales and promotional performance
  • Responsible for the development and delivery of reporting on all key metrics.
  • Oversee follow up analysis to ensure maximum efficiency of budget by working alongside international & strategic agency partners to constantly deliver innovation & improved ROI.
