Full Job Description

Croydon Health Services is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Band 6 Coaching Professional to join our dynamic Learning and Development (L&D) team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and delivery of a comprehensive Level 3 Coaching Programme. This role is critical in supporting the organisation's broader Organisational Development (OD) strategy and contributing to various L&D initiatives aimed at enhancing staff capabilities and performance across the Trust., L & OD Coaching Facilitator - Band 6Part-time , 30hrs per week

  • Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of a Level 3 Coaching Programme, ensuring it aligns with best practices and meets the strategic needs of Croydon Health Services.
  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and coaching interventions tailored to the specific developmental needs of staff, supporting their professional growth and enhancing overall organisational performance.
  • Bespoke Coaching Support:
  • Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions, offering tailored support to individuals and teams in line with the Trust's OD requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with department heads and other stakeholders to identify coaching needs, and develop bespoke coaching interventions that address specific challenges and opportunities within teams.
  • ? Support for L&D and OD Programmes:
  • Collaborate with the L&D team to design, deliver, and evaluate various L&D initiatives, ensuring they are effectively integrated into the overall OD strategy.
  • Contribute to the development of L&D programmes that align with organisational goals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the Trust.
  • Employ a consultative approach to engage with stakeholders, asking the right questions to uncover the root causes of performance gaps and identifying the most effective coaching or learning interventions.
