Laboratory Office Administrator

We are looking for a Part-Time Laboratory Office Administrator to join our close-knit team. The role is office-based at our laboratory, providing essential support in scheduling laboratory tests, processing data, handling email queries, and coordinating deliveries. You'll also act as a first point of contact for farmers, milk buyers, and vets. This is a perfect opportunity for someone with great administration skills who is comfortable using multiple computer systems.,

• Scheduling laboratory testing and processing data for invoicing


• Managing email inboxes and handling queries from various stakeholders (farmers, vets, milk buyers)


• Acting as reception for deliveries and meetings


• Using a variety of general PC applications and specialized software


• Providing general office support and ensuring smooth daily operations

  Contract and Shift details: Permanent, Part-Time - Mondays & Tuesdays - 8am -16:00 & every other weekend Saturday & Sunday -8am - 16:00
