Laboratory Technician - BioProcess Technology Solutions Team

Join our dynamic BioProcess Technology Solutions team (BTS) and be part of a collaborative environment that values personal and professional development. We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated team player to support our Product Lines in a technical/laboratory role. The successful candidate will report directly to the BTS site lead and will be responsible for conducting hands-on laboratory studies, focusing on process design and development using various technology platforms in both BTS and our manufacturing facilities.,

• Conduct hands-on laboratory studies focusing on process design and development
• Work as part of a team to develop and implement improved processes and technologies
• Establish knowledge in the field of biologicals production and actively participate in process development and optimisation activities
• Contribute to project completion by delivering on project milestones
• Communicate progress clearly and frequently to project leads and effectively manage and complete documentation to standard in concurrent notebooks and study folders
• Provide technical support to improve and develop quality control tests and support root cause investigations and assessments when required
  
  Bachelor's in Life Sciences with some work experience, or equivalent degree
• Non-degree candidates would have significant laboratory/GMP manufacturing work experience
• Laboratory experience or manufacturing experience, process development preferred
• Fluency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to generate reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
• Proven ability to work effectively with others within and from other departments
• Excellent communication skills across disciplines and cultures
