This will include Shift Managers, Line Performance Managers, Supply Chain Planners and external agency providers to facilitate the best allocation of Nestle employees at Dalston.
- Responding to plant performance and any labour shortages by being the first point of contact to adjust and deliver the labour plan, prioritising in response to these variables.
- Delivering a suite of Labour KPIs in line with the Factory Operational Master Plan.
- Driving process and reporting improvements in the existing labour planning system (People Plan) to better utilise the system.
- Improving and maintaining a skills development matrix for all employees to enable the system to mobilise the work force between departments.
- Proactively challenging overtime & ensuring optimal planning to benefit cost, production & resource optimisation.
- Ensuring timely collation of worked hours for our agency provider's payroll and subsequent payment of their invoices., We are committed to equal opportunity for all and we may collect relevant data for monitoring purposes during our candidate registration process. Be yourself, everyone else is taken!
Be comfortable with multi-tasking and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment under pressure. - Be a self-motivated individual who enjoys a challenge, take ownership of own work and balance workload effectively.
- Have a proven track record working in a role that requires attention to detail with an interest in process improvement.
- Be competent in using Microsoft Excel and other IT software.
Salary: Up to £30,000 depending on experience + potential bonus + generous pension scheme + 12 flexible days on top of 25-day holiday entitlement + 2 paid volunteering days + other fantastic benefits! Championing diversity and inclusion is so important to us; when we embrace different perspectives and give everyone the chance to be the best they can be, we can think in new, creative ways that grow and enhance our business., What can we offer in return? Great benefits you'd expect from a business the size of Nestlé - in the shape of a competitive salary and benefits package, bonus scheme, flexible working scheme, 25 days holiday plus statutory holidays plus flex leave, pension scheme and a real focus on personal development and growth.
