Full Job Description
- Drive Results: Lead land acquisition initiatives, negotiating with agents, local authorities, and vendors to secure prime sites that align with our goals.
- Strategic Impact: Support the delivery of key business targets, ensuring every acquisition meets our production and timeline objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless site selection, feasibility planning, and purchase processes.
- Innovate and Lead: Share insights, promote land purchase opportunities, and represent our company at events to expand our presence in the region.
- Efficiency and Excellence: Manage communication, documentation, and all procedural aspects of land transactions, maintaining the highest standards.
Proven land acquisition experience with a strong understanding of land purchase processes, contaminated land procedures, and legal compliance. - Qualifications such as RICS, ASVA, or MRTPI are preferred.
- Exceptional negotiation skills, a strategic mindset, and adaptability to navigate challenges effectively. You will have:
