Full Job Description

Admiral's Household department is searching for a Landlord Product Manager to help drive the growth of our Landlord business. Reporting into the Head of Landlord, you will be responsible for identifying product developments to drive growth whilst ensuring good customer outcomes are met., As a Landlord Product Manager, you will gain a deep understanding of the Landlord insurance market and evolving customer needs. You will identify new product opportunities, contribute to the product vision and launch and iterate on new features and enhancements. You will also support the exploration of new distribution channels to maximise our growth potential.,

  • Design and delivery of the Landlord Product Strategy
  • Ownership and monitoring of performance MI, using a data-led approach to identify areas for improvement.
  • Identifying opportunities to continually optimise the product's commercial performance, through the relevant distribution channels.
  • Build a strong working relationship with key stakeholders including but not limited to Underwriting, Pricing, Claims, Marketing and Regulatory Advice.
  • Undertake a continuous review of the existing product, identifying potential problems, and making recommendations to improve the product.
  • Build key skills in Project Management, Product Development, MI analysis and Stakeholder Management. You will also practice Design Led Thinking.
  • Keep up to date with market threats, and industry and competitor trends. Identify opportunities and scope out areas for growth.
  • Conduct market and competitor research, identify any challenges and make recommendations for improvements which meet our customer's demands and needs.
  • Proactively identify potential business risks and manage controls for these risks.
  • Identify new areas of growth, related insurance products and add-ons.
  • Build and maintain a close working relationship with relevant third-party suppliers.
  • Be familiar with regulatory changes, and understand how it impacts the business, and product.

  • Ability to assess the potential impact of emerging issues and opportunities and how to apply them in a business context.
  • Experience with managing products within the financial services or regulated environment.
  • Experience of marketing strategies to drive insurance product growth would be beneficial.
  • Good knowledge of the Landlord insurance market would be beneficial.
