Landscape Co-ordinator

• Manage and coordinate Grounds Maintenance work across our neighbourhoods, ensuring everything meets the highest standards.
• Work closely with contractors, providing clear guidance to ensure they deliver quality service that meets contract specifications.
• Engage with customers and colleagues, addressing enquiries and resolving complaints to continuously improve our landscape services.
• Conduct regular site inspections and consultations to ensure transparency and maintain high standards across all projects.
• Drive improvements in our landscape services by assessing current practices and implementing changes that enhance customer satisfaction.

• Working Monday to Friday
• You will work across our properties in the Yorkshire and Midlands regions.
• You must be able to use technology for logging jobs, complete online learning and collaborating with other colleagues.
• You'll need a Basic DBS check done and we pay for that.
  
  Proven experience and strong knowledge in landscape and horticulture, ideally with a qualification equivalent to NVQ Level 2 or higher.
• A track record in Amenity Grounds Maintenance, with the ability to manage projects within set budgets and deadlines, with experience in other building trade areas (multi skilled).
• Excellent relationship-building skills, able to adapt your communication style to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to Grounds Maintenance, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment.
• Have a proactive, flexible approach to managing multiple projects and dealing with unexpected challenges effectively.
• A full current driving licence and use of a vehicle insured for business purposes.

Salary circa £28,500 pa depending on skills and experience, with great benefits including Health Cash Plan,
