Laptop / PC Technician

SPS Technology are currently recruiting a passionate laptop/pc technician to join the team in Wednesfield, Wolverhampton. Due to business growth, we are looking to expand our teams to meet the demand.,

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues


• Repair and refurbish laptops including change of parts such as screens, batteries, keyboards etc


• Test the functionality of repaired laptops to ensure they meet quality standards


• Update BIOS and software as and when required


• Set up new devices for employees

Non-compulsory Requirements but preferred:

• Experience dealing with high volumes of devices


• Technical certificates


• Proficient with varied manufacturers e.g. Dell, HP, Lenovo, Apple


• Able to do component-level repairs such as soldering
