Full Job Description
The post holder will be working with a team of Consultants, Specialty Doctors, Trust Doctors, Specialty Trainees, Core Trainees and Foundation Trainees. Each post has a generic clinical component in the relevant area.
+ To participate in the provision of care to patients admitted to the Neurosciences Wards.
+ To assist in ward management including electronic discharges.
+ To participate in the management of day to day care of stroke patients
+ To assist in the undertaking of full clinical computerised audit within the department. This would be encouraged for desirable candidates.
+ To provide on-call cover for emergencies, Grade: ST3+ (covering vacant post)
Accountable to: Clinical Director
Responsible to: Clinical Lead
Hours: In accordance with ST3+ rota
Directorate: Neurology
