We are looking for a dynamic and experienced techno functional consultant to join our team and help us achieve our business goals through effective project management and domain expertise., Project Management: Spearhead planning, execution, and delivery of complex cross-team engineering projects development & support. Stakeholder Management: Build strong working relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations managed. Team Leadership: Build and lead high-performing teams, collaborating with suppliers and partners to deliver quality MES, OT or digital products. Sales support: Actively work with presales team and provide valuable inputs during RFI, RFP and due diligence phase Continuous Improvement: Integrate customer feedback into project team activities and continuously improve product offerings. KPI Monitoring: Monitor business KPIs regularly to ensure adoption and scaling & support of digital or any MES products.

• Project Management & Business Analyst
• Client Relationship Management
• PI Planning & Lean Portfolio Management
• Manufacturing IT (MES), OPC, SCADA & Adapter systems
• Knowledge on Data Historian & OT systems
Preferred Qualifications: Relevant certifications in Scrum & Project management. Experience:
• Proven track record in delivering or support MES products and managing projects
• Business Analyst in MES or digital transformation projects
• Strong background in consulting and stakeholder management
• Experience with onshore/offshore delivery models and distributed agile teams
• Experience in Oil and Gas Industry domain
• Hands on knowledge on MES, Data historian & OT systems.
