Full Job Description

  • Product Vision & Roadmap: Create and own the product vision and roadmaps by coordinating with business stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.

  • Product Discovery: Facilitate product discovery workshops to identify opportunities and define product features.

  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong working relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations managed.

  • Agile Transformation: Lead the transition from traditional methods to agile mindsets and methodologies, optimizing operating models for efficiency.

  • Team Leadership: Build and lead high-performing teams, collaborating with suppliers and partners to deliver quality digital products.

  • Project Management: Spearhead planning, execution, and delivery of complex cross-team engineering projects.

  • Continuous Improvement: Integrate customer feedback into product team activities and continuously improve product offerings.

  • KPI Monitoring: Monitor business KPIs regularly to ensure adoption and scaling of digital products., Product Management & Product Discovery

  • Client Relationship Management

  • System Thinking & Value Stream Mapping

  • PI Planning & Lean Portfolio Management

  • Coaching & Facilitation

  • JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, Mural

    We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Digital Product Manager to join our team and help us achieve our business goals through effective product management and agile methodologies., Proven track record in delivering digital products and managing projects

  • Experience in digital transformation and agile methodologies

  • Strong background in consulting and stakeholder management

  • Experience with onshore/offshore delivery models and distributed agile teams

  • Experience in Oil and Gas Industry domain
