Full Job Description
- Liaising with clients and staff over issues raised pre and post installation;
- Provide prompt, courteous service to all clients;
- Update call logging;
- Keep office and field staff informed of key matters, reporting all incidents affecting the schedule and / or the office procedures to the department manager as they occur;
- Assume ownership of all projects and ensure correct processing of orders in accordance with departmental systems;
- Adhere to the departmental procedures as advised.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; - Confident telephone manner;
- Accuracy and attention to detail;
- Ability to prioritise;
- I.T. literate;
- An organised approach;
- Experience in the kitchen industry would be advantageous but not essential

We are seeking to recruit a Client Service Coordinator in our London Door Company department, to support our busy Client Services department in providing a first class service to all clients and support them through their experience. The role provides a communication link between our high end discerning clients, sales, field and operational staff. - 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays (rising with service).
