Full Job Description

  • Liaising with clients and staff over issues raised pre and post installation;
  • Provide prompt, courteous service to all clients;
  • Update call logging;
  • Keep office and field staff informed of key matters, reporting all incidents affecting the schedule and / or the office procedures to the department manager as they occur;
  • Assume ownership of all projects and ensure correct processing of orders in accordance with departmental systems;
  • Adhere to the departmental procedures as advised.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Confident telephone manner;
  • Accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Ability to prioritise;
  • I.T. literate;
  • An organised approach;
  • Experience in the kitchen industry would be advantageous but not essential

We are seeking to recruit a Client Service Coordinator in our London Door Company department, to support our busy Client Services department in providing a first class service to all clients and support them through their experience. The role provides a communication link between our high end discerning clients, sales, field and operational staff.
