Lead 3D Designer

We are seeking a talented Lead 3D Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in 3D design tools such as 3D Studio Max (or similar) and other software such as Adobe Creative Suite, with a keen eye for detail and creativity. As a Lead 3D Designer, you will be responsible for the whole studio, mentoring, leading and engaging a good mix of junior to senior Designers, as well as overseeing all that comes through the studio. You will also engage with clients and ensure that the studio is working to its fullest.,

• Manage a team of mixed disciplined and level Designers.


• Mentor, encourage and inspire more junior members of the team.


• Work collaboratively with internal teams.


• Meet with and advise clients both on and off site.


• Advise on materials and sourcing for the studio.
  
  Proficiency in 3D software such as 3D Studio Max or similar as well as Adobe Creative Suite is essential.


• Management/ Supervisory experience is essential.


• Strong knowledge of materials and substrates as well as their applications.


• Ideally qualified in a relevant discipline.


• Ability to create engaging designs in 3D
