We are looking for a committed and passionate Lead Academic Mentor who wants to transform the lives of young people at Isca Academy. You will be a key part of a large Inclusion team, working with our students to ensure that their needs are met and that every child has the opportunity to be successful in the classroom. You will oversee the implementation of key interventions for students on the SEND register and ensure all their statutory and additional needs are met in all cases.
You will need to be a passionate, driven individual with a desire to ensure that our most vulnerable students receive the support they need to achieve at the highest possible level. This is a very rewarding position and you will work alongside our SEND, behaviour, safeguarding, and attendance teams to ensure that every student feels a part of our community and experiences success.
At Isca Academy, we are relentlessly ambitious for all our students and intend to have the best outcomes in the country by 2027. We are on a five-year journey to becoming the best school in the country and are unapologetic about this ambition. We intend to transform Isca into a beacon of national excellence in order to support the improvement of education in the South West. We understand that outcomes in our region are not good enough and are determined to change this.
If you are able to meet the requirements of this role, we would love to hear from you.
