CLCH Hertfordshire Adult Community Services - CLCH NHS Trust provides a range of Community Services, and the Hertfordshire Division is recruiting! The post holder will be responsible for the day to day running of the people and functions within the Unplanned Care administration team. The Unplanned Care team is responsible for preventing hospital admission, providing urgent community care to people in their own homes. The administration staff are responsible for processing and registering new referrals and to support achievement of service key performance indicators/targets. They aim to make effective use of resources and ensure that referrals are effectively and safely managed through the system., The post holder is responsible for working collaboratively with team members to effectively coordinate and deliver a high quality of service. They will be an ambassador for the service; will be motivated to provide first class administration; in a professional manner in order to support the work of the service and meet strategic and business objectives., To be responsible for the line management of the Service Administrators including performance management, annual appraisals and identification of training needs. To be responsible for ensuring workload is allocated appropriately across the team, prioritising and relocating work according to the service needs. Promote cross -over and flexible working amongst team members.
