Full Job Description

This role will be based on the university campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
The University of Leeds is undergoing an exciting and ambitious digital transformation strategy. Microsoft 365 and associated cloud services are an essential part of this journey. We are currently seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Administrator to support our Microsoft 365 platform and realise our cloud strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 applications and services, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
You will be an experienced Microsoft 365 administrator, responsible for the management and support of our Microsoft 365 platform, its operation and reliability. This includes the management, support and adoption of Microsoft 365 tools, including, but not limited to Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams, Cloud voice, Microsoft SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Intune and Azure Active Directory.
You will work with IT leadership, technical colleagues, our Programme Management Office and wider University stakeholders to help manage and deliver solutions that achieve business objectives with a focus on user adoption of cloud tools and Microsoft 365. You'll be a technical escalation point and display role model behaviour in the resolution of user incidents, requests, problem management and knowledge transfer.
