Lead Applications Developer (React Native) - 39 hoursFull-time

Technical Oversight: Ensure solutions developed by team members are fit for purpose and aligned with our strategic technical direction.

Technical Leadership & Mentoring: Provide guidance, support, and assistance to the Application Development team.

Solution Design & Development: Actively participate in designing and developing complex application solutions.

Technology Roadmapping: Understand and recommend improvements to mobile development best practices and technologies.

Software Development Lifecycle: Define and evolve our agile software development lifecycle and tooling.

Deep understanding of React Native Software Development and its ecosystem (Typescript, Jest, Redux ToolKit).

Knowledge of Software/Process/Project lifecycles with a strong understanding of Agile practices.

In-depth knowledge of frameworks, patterns, and practices for developing cross-platform mobile applications.

Proven experience in providing leadership and mentoring to a technical team or significant experience as a senior team member.

Customer-oriented approach with a focus on outcomes.

Proven experience engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with CI/CD and managing build pipelines.

Desirable:

Experience developing with multiple major front-end frameworks (React.js, Angular, Vue.js, etc.).

Experience with native technologies for iOS and Android (Swift, Kotlin, Java, Objective-C).

Experience working with 3rd party organizations and stakeholders.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
