Full Job Description
- Working closely with senior managers in the clinical, marketing, financial and human resources teams to deliver and promote practice objectives.
- Define, develop, implement, and communicate our client service standards, policies and procedures to ensure optimum service is always given
- Demonstrate positive leadership by always leading by example, motivate and boost employee morale
- Be a presence within reception, lead by example by engaging with clients and their pets
- Ensure all customer complaints are dealt with swiftly and efficiently
- Lead and encourage outstanding client and pet care from all team members
- Financial reconciliation, debt control
Must have experience of managing a team - Must have customer service experience
- Experience of working within a front-of-house team (Highly Desirable)
We are a well-established, RCVS accredited, small animal primary care practice that covers the locations of London, Hertfordshire, and Cambridgeshire. - 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays and Birthday Leave.
