Full Job Description

You will have opportunity to work at the Addenbrooke's site as well as our outreach clinics. You will be leasing with Primary care team and creating a collaborative working strategy to meet the project aims. You will be working closely with Prostate cancer Clinical lead and Cancer Alliance., Manage and lead EoE cancer alliance project- ENRICH(ENhanced tRIaging in prostate Cancer patHway)
Responsible for the assessment including prostate volume and general health, planning, implementation and evaluation of care, as an autonomous practitioner with highly specialist skills.
Be involved in the strategic review of ENRICH service and follow up as needed.
Be responsible for leasing with primary care and establishing the project.
Line management responsibility of the project team.
Collecting data and feedback progress to consultant lead as well as cancer alliance., Please note:- Internal applicants on permanent contracts can only apply for this post as a secondment and must have the approval of your current line manager before applying.
