Full Job Description

  • Lead the development of features from system level requirements through to validated software models.
  • Work with internal and external teams ensuring that feature requirements are met.
  • Collaborate to develop the AUTOSAR software composition and software components in a model-based environment.
  • Contribute to the development of tools and methodologies used to improve the system design and software implementation processes.
  • Mentor and coach other members of the team to help build world class capability.
  • Confidently and clearly present issues and propose feasible solutions, as well as provide status on a regular basis to all stakeholder levels.
  • Use vehicle data analysis in order to drive improvements.

    Experience of requirements management in tools such as Dassault TRM or IBM DOORS
  • Experience in developing control software using MATLAB/Simulink
  • Knowledge of software development processes (version control, CI/CD)
  • Experience of leading teams and projects
