As a Lead CRM Manager you willscope, lead and deliver the Tesco Clubcard CRM programme to deliver a positive personalised customer experience and drive long term loyalty.

You will be responsible for
Developing and delivering a strategic customer growth plan to drive customer loyalty through CRM Management of our CRM financial plan and governance, working with our Finance team Develop and deliver a personalised reward strategy for our customers including coupon strategy and definition of thresholds Remaining curious, continuously optimising, testing, developing and innovating to develop our programmes Orchestrating CRM planning across the group - Online, Bank and Mobile Developing and leading a high performing team of CRM managers who manage the strategic implementation, briefing of delivery and reporting of all CRM programmes Building collaborative relationships with Insight, Targeting and Channel managers, working together to drive forward CRM Measuring the effectiveness of the overall CRM programme across loyalty and retention
